The Green Bay Packers were finally able to see what they have in Jordan Love.
He entered the 2023 season as the Packers starting quarterback, the first year post-Aaron Rodgers.
Despite starting the season with a win over the Chicago Bears, the Packers have only won one other game since.
Love has developed a propensity to throw interceptions lately, which has quickly changed the public opinion of him.
Matt LaFleur has remained optimistic about his starting QB, which Collin Cowherd has recently criticized due to Love’s recent performances.
“The only people defending him are adult men who wear Cheeseheads in the Fall. It’s obstructing your view, get another hat.”

“The only people defending him (Love) are adult men who wear Cheeseheads in the fall,” Cowherd said.
He added, “It’s obstructing your view, get another hat.”
“He can’t play,” Cowherd said.
In six games, Love’s completion percentage is 57%, and he has thrown for 1,263 yards, ten touchdowns, and seven interceptions.
His passer rating is 79.4 thus far, an indication that this season has not been easy for him.
Throughout Cowherd’s rant on his show, an overarching theme of Love is that he “can’t do scripted plays.”
If that is the case, the Packers could be in trouble for the rest of the season.
Before a game starts, teams tend to script out their first few drives, hoping to catch the defense off guard, orchestrating their plans to perfection.
If Love cannot follow the script as Cowherd indicates, there will be more questions asked of his abilities moving forward.
LaFleur might be confident in Love now, but there is a lot more season to be played.
Can Love turn around his standing in the public eye?
