The Los Angeles Rams offense got a major boost a couple of weeks ago when Cooper Kupp made his return to the field.
Kupp was placed on injured reserve prior to the start of the 2023 NFL season, though he was able to return in Week 5 and looked like he didn’t have any rust.
The star receiver gives Matthew Stafford his most trusted option back in the passing game, and gives the offense as a whole more confidence each week.
Although injuries have slowed him down the past two seasons, Kupp is clearly still one of the league’s best wideouts as he’s a master route runner with sure hands.
Kupp may not have the flashiest game amongst his peers, but he knows how to beat just about every coverage and that’s what matters most.
Recently, Kupp was asked to name his wide receiver Mount Rushmore and he offered up some iconic names via the Rams’ Twitter account.

Kupp first goes with Jerry Rice who is the consensus best receiver of all-time.
He then names Calvin Johnson, much to the joy of Stafford who got the chance to play with him during their time together with the Detroit Lions.
Kupp then ends the list with Cris Carter and Randy Moss, two great receivers during their day that played the position differently but still got the job done,
These sorts of lists are always going to be different depending on who answers, but it sounds like Kupp falls in line with the general public on who the greatest receivers in NFL history are.
