The Arizona Diamondbacks are lucky enough to have Corbin Carroll on their roster.
He is the strongest candidate to win the National League Rookie of the Year award after posting some mind-blowing numbers.
He also homered in his first ever playoff game, on Tuesday against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Per ESPN Stats & Info, he became the youngest D-Back in history to do so.
“At 23 years and 43 days old, Corbin Carroll is the youngest Diamondbacks player to hit a home run in a playoff game,” they tweeted.

Carroll is starting to write his name in the history books of his franchise.
He seems destined to win the NL’s Rookie of the Year award after hitting .285/.362/.506 (.868 OPS) with 116 runs scored, 30 doubles, 10 triples, 25 home runs, 76 RBI, and 54 stolen bases.
Not only did he steal 54 bases, but he was caught stealing just five times for an impressive percentage.
Oddly enough, he was caught stealing during Tuesday’s game against the Brewers.
However, he more than made up for it by going 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and the homer.
He also walked twice and the Brewers had a hard time getting him out.
As long as Carroll is frequently on the bases, the D-Backs will have a good chance of winning the series.
They are one win away, in large part thanks to Carroll.
The Brewers won’t be easy, though, and they are playing at home after all.
It should be an exciting series for fans, who have come to love Carroll and his dynamic, all-out style of play.
