The Texas Rangers ended the regular season on a sour note after losing the AL West title on the final day of the season.
But, they did not let that stop them from playing their best baseball in the playoffs.
Texas is headed to the ALCS after sweeping the Baltimore Orioles, 3-0.
That sweep improved their postseason record to 5-0 and everything seems to be clicking for them.
One player who has been dominant all year is shortstop Corey Seager.
If not for Shohei Ohtani, Seager would be the favorite to win the AL MVP award.
Instead, he will have to settle for postseason dominance and a World Series run.
According to FOX Sports: MLB, Seager has been amazing at Globe Life Field during his postseason career.
He is hitting .355 with eight home runs and 20 RBI.

A significant amount of those games came during the 2020 season when Seager was with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
But the point still stands, he loves hitting in Texas.
Seager put up incredible numbers in the ALDS versus Baltimore.
The Orioles could not keep him off the bases.
In three games, Seager batted .333 with a .733 on-base percentage and an OPS of 1.567.
He walked nine times in those three games and did not strike out once.
While only one of those games came at Globe Life Field, it just goes to show how locked in Seager is right now.
The Rangers now await the winner of the Houston Astros versus Minnesota Twins series.
No matter who they face, the Rangers have to like their chances.
