Throughout the offseason, analysts predicted the AFC to be the stronger of the NFL’s two conferences.
This has been a growing trend over the past several years given the amount of young, talented quarterbacks to join AFC rosters.
Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens were a trendy pick to win the AFC North, and they are trending in that direction.
However, even though the Ravens are 3-2 and tied for the division lead, Dan Orlovsky isn’t so sure they have what it takes.
In a recent segment of “Get Up,” Orlovsky said, “I want to absolutely buy in and believe that they are who I thought they were.”
.@danorlovsky7 is DOUBTING how good the Ravens really are

Despite wanting to believe in the Ravens, Orlovsky said he ultimately “can’t get there right now.”
One of the biggest question marks heading into this season was Jackson.
If Todd Monken could fix Jackson’s passing prowess, helping him develop more in the pocket, all would be well for the Ravens.
Through five games, Jackson has thrown for more than 1,000 yards and is projected for over 3,500 on the year.
While this would be a remarkable improvement for Jackson and a career-high, Orlovsky is still unconvinced.
Jackson has played better than advertised, but the Ravens’ lack of receiving talent is something to monitor moving forward.
If they can figure things out on offense, and their receivers can step up, the Ravens might be able to convince Orlovsky that they are a team to keep his eye on.
