The Philadelphia Eagles lost a heartbreaking game to the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football.
This loss was despite the Eagles getting an early lead and having control over most of the game.
While many Eagles players were downtrodden about their defeat, Darius Slay expressed positivity on Twitter.
Slay said this was a “tough” game but added that the team would “bounce back.”
Tough one tonight man! We will bounce back. #flyeaglesfly

Slay tried to stay positive, knowing the Eagles have an incredible roster containing many playmakers who can significantly impact their team, especially as they prepare for the playoffs.
Jalen Hurts is still their quarterback, and the Eagles are among the league leaders in offensive and defensive line play.
With this in mind, Slay believes this team is still destined for greatness and will find a way to dig deep and win down the stretch.
Yes, the Eagles have lost three games in a row, but they are still in a position to win the NFC East, potentially having an opportunity to secure a first-round playoff bye.
They face the New York Giants twice in the next three weeks, with the Arizona Cardinals as their other remaining opponent.
If they get back on track in these three games, there’s no telling what this team can do during their postseason run.
One of the Eagles’ most significant issues over the past several weeks has been their secondary, the unit that Slay is a part of.
If he can use his influence on the rest of the defense, helping inspire a changed mentality, things could start to improve for the Eagles.
