The only people who are truly qualified to speak on particular issues in sports are the ones that have experience.
Former six-time Pro Bowl quarterback Donovan McNabb, who was never able to win a Super Bowl, recently appeared on “Up & Adams” to chat about why his former offensive coordinator in Kyle Shanahan can’t seem to win the Super Bowl.
“I would say more game management…It’s just kind of changing something so small that can get you over the hump,” McNabb said.

The 49ers, more specifically Kyle Shanahan, have come super close to winning a Super Bowl or two.
Of course, the closest he came to winning a Super Bowl was when he was an offensive coordinator with the Falcons back in 2016.
The Falcons were up by a score of 28-3 at halftime and ended up blowing the lead to Tom Brady and the Patriots.
In 2019, he reached the Super Bowl for the first time as a head coach with San Francisco.
The Chiefs would beat the 49ers, 31-20, after San Francisco led in the fourth quarter.
Just last season, San Francisco led in the fourth quarter and in overtime of the Super Bowl before losing to Kansas City yet again.
Shanahan has coached arguably the best team in the NFC for the last half-decade.
The 49ers have made either the Super Bowl or the NFC Championship Game in four of the last five years.
The offense and the defense are equally loaded.
But as McNabb stated, Shanahan needs to coach his team to be better situationally in the biggest moments.
