The Philadelphia Eagles have been a pretty consistent team ever since GM Howie Roseman took over in 2010.
This is a franchise that has been very consistent, especially when it comes to contending and fielding a competitive team.
After all, in between 2010 and 2023, Philly made the playoffs eight times and made multiple Super Bowl appearances, including in 2017 when the team won their first-ever Super Bowl in franchise history.
Former Eagles VP of Football Administration Jake Rosenberg recently spoke about how good Roseman is at his job on the Ross Tucker Podcast.
“I’m moderately biased but I do think Howie is the best GM in the NFL,” Rosenberg said.

The Eagles might not be as consistent as franchises such as the Packers, 49ers, or even the Patriots in previous years.
But, they are in the same class of quality-run franchises.
Whether it has been Andy Reid, Chip Kelly, Doug Pederson, or Nick Sirianni now, this team has had a .500 record or better in 10 of the last 13 seasons.
That consistency goes all the way up to Roseman in his role.
He has turned this team into a real winner with real pieces on both sides of the ball.
Looking ahead towards the 2024 season, this Eagles team has very high hopes.
It will be up to head coach Nick Sirianni to close the deal and bring another Super Bowl back to Philadelphia.
