The Arizona Cardinals had one of the worst wide receiver units in the NFL last season, as the team was ravaged by injuries and inconsistency, making it imperative this offseason to repair that part of the team and give quarterback Kyler Murray more to work with.
Drafting Marvin Harrison Jr. with the No. 4 overall pick was a great start, but the work isn’t stopping there, as another veteran is scheduled for a visit in Arizona today.
Jordan Schultz of Bleacher Report shared that former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones is visiting with the Cardinals today to discuss a potential fit.

The market for Jones has been heating up since he was cut after the draft, as he has already met with the Tennessee Titans and has a few other teams in the mix for his services.
Jones followed up his career year in 2022 with a disappointing showing in 2023 with Calvin Ridley back in the mix for the Jags.
He posted just 34 catches for 321 yards and two touchdowns over nine games last season after putting up 82 catches for 823 yards and five touchdowns in 2022 while showing tremendous chemistry with Trevor Lawrence.
At just 29 years old, Jones still has plenty of gas left in the tank, but there was no place for him with the Jags after signing Gabe Davis in free agency and drafting Brian Thomas Jr. out of LSU in the first round.
The Cardinals have plenty of need for WRs even after drafting Harrison, as they also lost Marquise Brown in free agency and traded Rondale Moore to the Atlanta Falcons.
