The Cincinnati Bengals are back in the mix.
What looked like it could be a wasted season and a major disappointment turned into a potential Super Bowl berth again, and that’s all because of one guy and one guy only: Joe Burrow.
The superstar quarterback literally limped his way onto the field to start the season after suffering a calf injury in training camp.
He didn’t look good at all early in the campaign, but he’s now back to full strength, and it shows.
That’s why NFL analyst Scott Pioli praised him on Good Morning Football, talking about how much he can make his teammates better and how he changes absolutely everything around him when he’s at his best.
“As we’ve seen, he makes good players, 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 good players… Joe Burrow changes his offense, he changes the team.”@scottpioli51 on the Bengals season so far pic.twitter.com/dm8nlZ58V3

Burrow is a perennial MVP candidate, and some analysts believe he’s 1B to Patrick Mahomes’ 1A in terms of being the best quarterback in the game, and it would be hard to argue with that statement.
He’s made it to at least the AFC Championship Game in every full season he’s played, and the Bengals’ offense is simply unstoppable when he’s out there.
The Bengals have revamped their offensive line, and they’ve finally clicked after some early-season struggles, and Burrow is flawless when he has time and space to move around the pocket.
Zac Taylor’s team gave everyone a head start by barely competing in the first month of the campaign.
Now, they’ll take a look at all the receipts and start silencing their doubters once and for all, and that means trouble for the rest of the league.
