So far this season, it’s been hard to figure out what to make of the Tennessee Titans.
Through five games, the Titans have a 2-3 record, and they’ve had a loss and a win by a margin of 24 points.
This week, Tennessee will be traveling to London, England, to take on an old AFC Central rival, the Baltimore Ravens.
Former Titans tight end Delanie Walker recently shared what he believes his old team needs to do on Sunday in order to fly back to the United States with another victory added to their record.
“[The Titans can pull off the win] if Derrick Henry has over 100 yards rushing.”

It seems simple, but if Henry is able to have success this weekend against Baltimore, one would believe the Titans will have a much better chance at leaving the field with a win.
This season, the Tennessee All-Pro running back has rushed for 328 yards and two touchdowns on 86 carries (3.8 average per attempt).
Currently, Henry is only on pace to rush for 1,115 yards, which would be the lowest single-season total he has finished with since 2021, when he missed nine games.
This season, he has only had one contest in which he finished with more than 100 rushing yards, and it’s likely no coincidence that it was back in Week 4 when the Titans easily defeated the Cincinnati Bengals by a final score of 27-3.
If Henry is going to rush for over 100 yards on Sunday, he’ll have to do it against a Ravens defense that currently ranks sixth in the NFL in rushing yards allowed per attempt.
Will Tennessee be able to ride their running back to a win, or will Baltimore ruin their trip to London?
