The AFC East will be one of the best and most competitive divisions in the NFL this year.
With the Dolphins and Bills both making the playoffs last year combined with a healthy Aaron Rodgers on a talented Jets squad, those three teams should all be playoff contenders.
The Patriots are rebuilding.
Former Super Bowl champion Plaxico Burress joined The Carton Show Monday morning to chat about who he thinks will win the AFC East.
“With Aaron Rodgers or without Aaron Rodgers, I still believe that the Miami Dolphins are the better team,” the former Jet said.

The New York Jets season all comes down to whether or not Aaron Rodgers is healthy.
If he is, his team is a real Super Bowl contender.
They have an elite defense led by All-Pros Sauce Gardner, C.J. Mosely, along with the Williams brothers.
Their offense is somewhat revamped with the additions of big-play threat Mike Williams and All-Pro left tackle Tyron Smith.
On the Miami side of things, they added veteran safety Jordan Poyer and former Pro Bowl receiver Odell Beckham Jr. to an elite roster that houses Pro-Bowlers all over the field in Tua Tagovailoa, Raheem Mostert, and Tyreek Hill.
The Buffalo Bills cut ties with a host of veteran players, including All-Pro receiver Stefon Diggs and veteran defense backs such as Poyer, Micah Hyde, and Tre’Davious White.
So, nobody knows how the AFC East will finish in 2024.
But if Rodgers is healthy, if Tagovailoa can get the most out of his supporting cast, and if Josh Allen can be Superman, this division will be the best in the league.
