The Philadelphia Eagles have made some adjustments to the offense this offseason.
Quarterback Jalen Hurts recently was quoted as saying about 95% of the offense is new this year.
Former NFL wide receiver and current analyst Plaxico Burress is not a fan of the team’s schematic changes that they have made this offseason.
“I really don’t like it. I really think Nick Sirianni is in panic mode,” Burress recently stated on “The Carton Show.”

Keep in mind too that the team has brought in a couple of new faces to help the offense.
Pro Bowl running back Saquon Barkley left the New York Giants for the Eagles on a three-year deal this offseason.
The offense also added veteran wide receiver Parris Campbell and veteran tight end C.J. Uzomah to the picture.
They also drafted running back Will Shipley out of Clemson and wide receiver Johnny Wilson out of Florida State.
So, in addition to changing offensive schemes, the veteran players also will have to build connections with new players.
Now, that kind of stuff happens every year.
New players come in and hope to make an impact.
But when the head coach decides to change out the offensive system for a whole new one just two years later implementing it, the whole team can get thrown for a loop.
Sirianni must be feeling a little bit of pressure, especially with how last season unfolded.
This team started 10-1, ended with a record of 11-6, and lost in the first round of the playoffs.
