The Philadelphia Eagles are fresh off beating the Kansas City Chiefs in a Super Bowl rematch.
More than that, they did it with authority, coming back from a ten-point deficit and shutting them down in the second half.
Jalen Hurts wasn’t able to put up big numbers, but he responded when it mattered the most, once again proving that he was up to the task.
Even so, some believe that the Eagles’ upcoming home matchup with the Buffalo Bills is a bit of a trap game, as the Bills entered the season as potential contenders, and the Eagles could be a little flat after such a big effort.
Nonetheless, former Super Bowl champion Plaxico Burress doesn’t think that’ll be the case at all.
Making an appearance on “The Carton Show,” the former New York Giant stated that Jalen Hurts and the Eagles are going to make a statement by proving that they’re the team to beat in the league by taking down the Bills at home.
“Everybody’s calling this a trap game for the Philadelphia Eagles. This is not a trap game. This is the game where the Philadelphia Eagles show every body that they are for real.”

The Bills looked much better offensively last week, putting the rock in James Cook’s hands to provide some much-needed balance and not give Josh Allen all the responsibility.
They’ve gone toe-to-toe with some of the best teams in the league, but they’ve also played down multiple times, so you never know which version of the Bills you’re going to get.
Still, beating Allen and the Bills right after taking care of the Chiefs should be more than enough to put the doubters at ease once and for all.
