The Los Angeles Chargers seem to be the Jekyll and Hyde of the NFL.
One week they look great, the next they look terrible.
No one seems to know what the Chargers are.
But, their record could be a lot better.
Currently, the Chargers sit at 3-4 and are in second place in the AFC West.
They need to get on a winning streak soon if they want to be playing in January.
LA is heading into Week 9 facing the New York Jets on Monday Night Football.
That is a game they must win.
The Jets are not a good team, at least offensively.
Zach Wilson will be starting at quarterback and he has struggled all year long.
But, the matchup to watch will be between the Chargers offense and the Jets defense.
The only reason the Jets have four wins is because of their defense.
Bridget Condon mentions how this will be a great test for the Chargers offense.
Monday night will be a measuring stick for this #Chargers team.
The #Jets defense has not allowed any team to score more than two touchdowns this season. The Chargers have only scored one touchdown in the second half of their last four games combined. pic.twitter.com/ksccHzRGbl

The Chargers have been one of the worst second-half offenses in the NFL.
Also, the Jets have not given up more than two touchdowns to any team this year.
If the Chargers want to be serious contenders, they need to play well for all four quarters on Monday night.
This is their second MNF game in three weeks, and third primetime game in the last four.
So they should be used to playing in primetime.
It seemed like the Chargers’ win over the Bears got them back on track.
Now they need to continue finding ways to win.
