The past few seasons have been interesting for the Arizona Cardinals.
Despite signing Kyler Murray to a contract extension, the Cardinals have only made the playoffs once since 2019, his rookie year.
A lot of their misfortune has been due to injuries on their roster, especially to Murray, who has only appeared in 19 games over the past two seasons.
The Cardinals hope Murray is healthy heading into the 2024 campaign, which should help their chances of competing down the stretch.
They also have a lot to look forward to in the upcoming NFL Draft, as they have six picks within the first 100 selections, including the No. 4 overall pick.
Looking ahead to what the team could do in this year’s draft, Daniel Jeremiah recently tweeted that this could be “an opportunity to set themselves up for a really nice run.”
This draft will determine the next 5-7 years for the Arizona Cardinals. They have an opportunity to set themselves up for a really nice run.

If the Cardinals make the right draft selections, it could do a lot for their future, as Jeremiah indicates.
Many expect the Cardinals to take Marvin Harrison Jr. with the No. 4 pick, which could jumpstart their offense.
Harrison is said to be one of the best receiver prospects in the past decade, and if he performs as expected, this could be a massive win for the Cardinals.
There is also chatter that the Cardinals could trade their early pick with a quarterback-needy team, acquiring even more first-round capital.
Regardless of any trades the Cardinals make, Jeremiah believes this draft could go a long way for the Cardinals and their future, hoping it will be a sign of change for the organization.
