The MLB free-agent market has been quiet over the last few weeks.
After the first wave of free agents signed, not much else has happened.
But, there are still some very good free agents available who are looking for a new home.
One player whose market is starting to heat up is outfielder Tommy Pham.
According to Juan Toribio, Pham has at least eight teams that are showing significant interest in him.

Pham spent last season with both the New York Mets and Arizona Diamondbacks.
But, he made a name for himself during the Diamondbacks’ run to the World Series.
Pham batted .278 in the postseason, including a .421 average during the World Series.
While he is never going to be the best hitter in the lineup, he can contribute in a multitude of ways.
Last season, Pham hit 16 home runs and stole 22 bases.
Also, he is capable of playing all three outfield positions.
But he is best suited in left field.
Pham will be 36 years old at the beginning of next season.
Signing him to anything more than a one-year deal could be seen as a mistake.
But, for a team that needs some outfield depth, you can do a lot worse than Pham.
It will be interesting to see where he ends up as Pham has spent a lot of time on many different teams.
One team that has been mentioned in connection with Pham is the Boston Red Sox.
They need to find ways to improve their offense heading into next season.
Pham will most likely come at a bargain for a player who could pay big dividends.
