The Miami Dolphins recently announced that Jalen Ramsey is slated to return to practice.
This opens up a 21-day window for him to return from Injured Reserve, giving the Dolphins a boost to their secondary.
Shortly after this announcement, Ramsey took to Twitter to post a few pictures of himself, with a caption of “The Restart.”

When healthy, Ramsey has been one of the NFL’s best cornerbacks.
He is a seven-year NFL veteran, spending time with the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Los Angeles Rams.
His best statistical season was in 2022, his final year with the Rams.
During that season, Ramsey totaled 88 tackles, two sacks, and four interceptions.
Even though he has been out for several months, Ramsey appears confident that he’ll be able to play at similar, pre-injury levels.
If he can get close to his 2022 levels of production, Ramsey should be a dominant force on a Dolphins defense that has played well without him thus far.
In his absence, Eli Apple and Xavien Howard have held down the fort, but the Dolphins have still allowed 26 points per game.
Even though they allow 26 points per game, the Dolphins’ offense has been able to outpace opponents, resulting in their 5-1 record.
With Ramsey on the field, they have another playmaker to help out, hoping he can shut down the opposing team’s WR1.
If he is cleared, having Ramsey available for an upcoming game against the Kansas City Chiefs could be vital, hoping he can shut down Travis Kelce and the rest of their skill position players.
