The Dallas Cowboys were a big topic of conversation throughout the offseason.
After a disappointing loss to the San Francisco 49ers in the divisional round of the playoffs, blame was placed on several different parties.
Dak Prescott received a bulk of this blame, as several significant analysts believe that he is not the answer for the Cowboys at quarterback.
In a recent segment of “Get Up” on ESPN, Jeff Saturday provided an alternate viewpoint.
Saturday said, “Dak Prescott is a quarterback that you win because of, not in spite of.”
.@SaturdayJeff is agreeing with Jerry Jones that Dak Prescott can get Dallas to the Super Bowl:
“Everybody wants to fire everybody after a bad loss. The reality is, who are you going to hire? Dak Prescott is a good quarterback that you win because of, not in spite of.” pic.twitter.com/PpXsU8emfb

Saturday firmly believes that Prescott possesses the ability to bring the Cowboys back to the Super Bowl.
He hasn’t yet been able to do that throughout his tenure, a major reason that people doubt his abilities.
While there has been a public outcry about Prescott, Jerry Jones has remained strong in his viewpoint, which Saturday shares.
Through five games, Prescott has thrown for 1,061 yards, five touchdowns, and four interceptions.
He has led the Cowboys in two massive, blowout victories, demonstrating that he can help run up the score.
However, regular-season performances don’t count in the playoffs.
For Prescott to win over fans and analysts, he needs to start performing better in the postseason.
If he can do that, he might be able to keep his job for the foreseeable future.
In a season that some see as Super Bowl or bust for Prescott, he has a lot of pressure resting upon his shoulders.
Can he deliver for this team for the remainder of the season?
