During the AFC Championship Game, the usually dominant Baltimore Ravens offense fell flat against the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs at M&T Bank Stadium, as Lamar Jackson and company struggled all day long,
One player on the Ravens who had the most success on the offensive side of the football was rookie wide receiver Zay Flowers, who scored early for Baltimore and ended up with 115 yards on five receptions.
However, Flowers also had two of the biggest blunders of the game, as he was flagged for taunting after catching a 54-yard pass from Jackson and fumbled while diving into the end zone, which turned out to be the moment when the game was out of reach for the Ravens.
Before the fumble that changed the game, superstar quarterback Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals took to Twitter to defend Flowers by saying he should be allowed to taunt.
“Let the guys taunt,” Burrow posted.
Let the guys taunt.

Over the last few years, the NFL has really clamped down on taunting in games, as it seems that referees don’t tolerate even the slightest thing on the field from a player that can be perceived to be taunting.
With the league getting stricter and stricter about things like this, it will likely only get worse from here on out, further frustrating players like Burrow and Flowers, who want to express themselves when competing on the football field.
As for the Ravens, the season is officially over for the top-seeded squad, with the Chiefs advancing to the Super Bowl for a second straight season.
