The Green Bay Packers and their fans can rest assured knowing that they have a quarterback for the future.
Jordan Love proved to be the real deal in just his first season in the league, leading the team to a late rally, a playoff berth, and even a major upset in the postseason.
The Packers were four points away from making the NFC Championship Game, and while some fans will only remember his erratic final play of the season, they wouldn’t have been in that position if it wasn’t for their first-round quarterback.
Now, in hindsight, what he did is even more impressive if you consider the defenses he faced all season long.
With that in mind, he revealed the five toughest defensive units he faced in his first full year as a starter (via B/R Gridiron).

The Detroit Lions got the nod at No. 5, which is not a surprise, as he had to deal with Aidan Hutchinson and C.J. Gardner-Johnson twice this year.
Then, he talked about the San Francisco 49ers, the very same team that sent him home in the postseason.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers got the nod at No. 3, and they had one of the most underrated defensive units in the league under Todd Bowles.
He also had to face the Minnesota Vikings twice, so it wasn’t a surprise to see them at No. 2.
Last but not least, he chose the Kansas City Chiefs, and it doesn’t seem coincidental that two out of these five teams will square off for the Vince Lombardi trophy on Sunday.
