Fans were looking forward to Week 14 as it featured a marquee matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills.
It wasn’t the explosion of points that they were hoping for, but fans got their money’s worth as the game came down to the final moments.
The Chiefs looked like they took the lead late in the fourth quarter when Travis Kelce flipped a pass from Patrick Mahomes over to Kadarius Toney who took it to the endzone.
However, the play was called back by the officials as Toney was not set before the football was snapped.
Mahomes was harshly critical of the call both during and after the game.
Mahomes was still frustrated when he went to hug Josh Allen, but the latter didn’t take any offense via Thad Brown of WROC-TV.
“I know he didn’t mean anything by it,” Allen said.
Josh Allen said that Patrick Mahomes did reach out to discuss Mahomes lack of class after the #Bills win in KC.

The two embraced on the field as is customary, though Mahomes was caught on camera complaining about the call.
Allen pats Mahomes on the chest as they walk away from each other, though it sounds like Mahomes made sure to apologize afterward.
Buffalo has to be feeling incredibly lucky that the penalty was called as a loss might’ve ruined their chances of making the playoffs.
The Bills have not looked like themselves during the 2023 NFL season, though this feels like the kind of win that can salvage their season.
For Allen, he needs to put himself and the team in positions where they don’t need to luck out into wins.
