Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen clearly has the backing of the team’s front office as well as his teammates.
At least the ones that are still on the roster.
After Buffalo’s shocking trade of former wide receiver Stefon Diggs, new stories have emerged about possible friction between the two stars.
On Friday’s “Tim Graham & Friends” Podcast, the host detailed an interaction between Diggs and Allen that occurred after the team’s Week 1 loss to the New York Jets.
Allen – who had one of his worst games as a professional with three interceptions and a lost fumble – was being consoled by multiple players in the locker room following the game.
Diggs came up to him at one point, and Allen’s response foreshadowed a possible rift between the team’s star offensive players.
“It’s one f****** game,” Allen allegedly snapped back to Diggs’ comment.
After the #Bills week 1 loss to the #Jets, Josh Allen reportedly snapped at Stefon Diggs in the locker room when Diggs said something to Allen…
“It’s one f*****g game!” Allen told Diggs.

Graham omitted the interaction from his article covering the game, a move the reporter regrets now that Diggs is no longer with the Bills.
Diggs’ production declined as the season went along, Graham noted.
In the team’s first nine games, Diggs caught 70 passes for 834 yards and seven touchdowns.
For Buffalo’s 10 remaining games, the wide receiver produced significantly less as Diggs had just 47 catches for 422 yards with one score.
Graham noted that the Bills began to win more games as Allen carried the majority of the offensive workload during that span, including a six-game win streak that extended into the postseason.
The Bills traded Diggs to the Houston Texans on April 3.
