The Las Vegas Raiders have two of the most talented players in Josh Jacobs and Davante Adams on offense.
Despite having them in the fold, they are at 1-2 before visiting the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 4.
Turnovers and poor decision-making have marred their first three games, leading Adams to voice his grievances.
Jacobs, last year’s rushing yards leader, seconded Adams’ sentiments.
He shared with News 8 Now sports anchor Logan Reever, “I definitely agree with Tae. You know the things that he said, it’s the way that a lot of people feel around here. Just wanting to get the best out of each individual every single day. Wanting the best not only for the team but every individual player that we have here.”
Josh Jacobs agrees with Davante’s message from Sunday night.

In an article written by Sports Illustrated’s Jeff Smith, Adams said in a recent press conference, “I don’t got time to wait around. … It’s not a personal thing. I mean, it is a personal thing, but it ain’t just about me. It’s not my mentality to sit here and try to take all season to figure it out and use these early games like this to establish our identity.”
Adams is tearing up the league with 322 receiving yards and three touchdowns through Week 3.
Those numbers amount to a 107.3-yard average per game.
He torched the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 3 with 13 catches for 172 yards and a touchdown.
Yet, despite his monster stats, the Raiders lost by five points.
Adding to Adams’ frustration is their decision to kick a field goal while down eight instead of going for it on fourth-and-four from Pittsburgh’s eight-yard line.
The Raiders are wasting Adams and Jacobs’ talent if they can’t figure it out.
