With the disastrous 2023 NFL season now officially behind them, the New York Jets can start to build up hope once again that the 2024 campaign will be much different and that the team can become a Super Bowl title contender in the AFC with a healthy Aaron Rodgers leading the way.
After rehabbing from a season-ending Achilles injury and surgery, Rodgers is back on the football field for the Jets and seems highly motivated to get back to form and lead this team to the promised land, like they thought they had a chance to do last season.
Even though Rodgers is coming off a devastating injury that has ended many NFL careers in the past, he seems healthy and ready for a bounce-back season in New York, especially with the much-needed upgrades the team brought in over the offseason.
However, some people, like Joy Taylor of FOX Sports via “Speak” on FS1, don’t have much faith in Rodgers’s ability to turn this team around and lead them to the Super Bowl next season.
“I don’t know what Aaron Rodgers is going to look like, I don’t know what the Jets are going to look like but to make it to the Super Bowl this year would be a miracle,” Taylor said.

The real question moving forward is whether Rodgers has anything left in the tank and if he can resemble the player who won NFL MVP four times during his career.
If Rodgers is that same dominant player, the Jets will have a legitimate chance to contend in the AFC, but it remains to be seen if that’s the case.
