Not so long ago, the LSU Tigers had two future NFL superstars in the WR room.
Ja’Marr Chase and Justin Jefferson were teammates and friends for a while before taking their talents to the league.
Now, they’re playing on different teams and are two of the best players at their position.
However, as much love as there could be between them, the Cincinnati Bengals star won’t let that get in the way of his ego and competitive mindset, which is why he recently stated that they’re not the two best, adding that he’s the single best wideout in the game.
When asked about that, Jefferson told Kay Adams of “Up & Adams” that he knows that at the end of the day, it’s all love between the two and that Chase always loves to do all that talking and stir the pot.
Who’s the better wide receiver … @JJettas2 or @Real10jayy__???
The competition between these two never stops @Vikings @Bengals @heykayadams

The Minnesota Vikings star claimed it’s just a competition between the two, adding that he’s okay with showing him more love than what he’s getting from Chase.
At the end of the day, it’s tough to choose one, and you couldn’t go wrong either way if you were to build an offense around either of them; they’re both elite and have unique traits.
Perhaps the only two people who could objectively answer this question could be Joe Burrow and Ed Orgeron.
But just for the sake of the argument, we’ll wait until their careers are over and it’s said and done to make our final decision on this matter.
