The Dallas Cowboys headed into this NFL season with most believing they had the best defense in the league, led by arguably the best defensive player in the league in linebacker Micah Parsons.
After a surprising loss to the Arizona Cardinals in Week 3, the Cowboys headed into Week 4 against the New England Patriots, hoping to get back to form with a statement performance against Bill Belichick and company.
Ahead of this Week 4 showdown with the Patriots, Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James took to social media to make his picks for the day, and while picking Dallas to beat New England, the four-time NBA champion talked about Parsons and how he feels like it’s watching New York Giants legend Lawrence Taylor all over again via Landon Buford.

Ahead of the game against the Patriots, Parsons had recorded 4.0 sacks and a forced fumble as he tried to make his case to be the NFL’s Defensive Player of the Year.
If Parsons can keep playing at this level while helping the Cowboys win games on a weekly basis, he’ll definitely be in the conversation for the award along with some of the other best defensive players in the league, like Nick Bosa and T.J. Watt.
In Week 5, things will get really interesting for Parsons and the Cowboys as they’ll face their toughest challenge of the season thus far against Bosa and the San Francisco 49ers.
This game could be a preview of the NFC Championship Game, with Dallas and San Francisco being arguably the two best teams in the conference.
