The San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs will square off in the biggest game of the season.
The Super Bowl is as tough to predict as it gets.
Anything can happen in a win-or-go-home situation, especially with everything at stake.
However, as unpredictable as the big game might be, those who have already been there and done that know just how crucial your mentality and mindset need to be to win.
With that in mind, former NFL MVP Matt Ryan predicted the Chiefs would take home the Vince Lombardi trophy home again.
“I think the Chiefs get the job done. … Everything tells me, I think the Niners are the better team and the more complete football team. … But there’s something about Mahomes right now,” Ryan said.

Talking on CBS Sports, the former Atlanta Falcons star claimed that as great as the Niners are overall; there’s just something about Patrick Mahomes right now, and he’s not going to bet against him.
Ryan jokingly admitted that experience in this kind of game is most definitely not underrated, stating that he wishes his team would’ve been more experienced when they reached that stage.
For those who lack context, Ryan led the Falcons to a 28-3 lead over Tom Brady and the New England Patriots late in the Super Bowl before Brady was able to orchestrate the most epic comeback in Super Bowl history.
So, having been there and knowing what it takes to go the distance can take a team a very long way.
On the flip side, inexperienced teams often tend to crumble under pressure, regardless of how talented they are.
This will be a matchup for the ages, and it’s just a shame that one of those teams has to lose.
