The Dallas Cowboys were confident heading into their Wild Card playoff matchup with the Green Bay Packers.
This was a Cowboys roster with a lot of firepower on both sides of the ball, taking on a young, unproven Packers squad.
Despite the pregame fanfare and the disparity of how the two teams played in the regular season, the Packers found a way to pull out a blowout win.
Even though this happened a few weeks ago, it is evident that Micah Parsons still thinks about the loss.
He recently talked about his feelings after the loss in an episode of his podcast, “The Edge.”
“It took me a while to even be able to show my face in public,” Parsons said, adding, “I disappeared like completely.”

Parsons was utterly shocked by his team’s performance in this game, and as a result, felt embarrassed in public.
He is viewed as one of the best defensive players in the NFL, but his team fell short in yet another playoff game.
Parsons’ shame is one thing, but it appears that the Cowboys have bigger issues than losing another postseason matchup.
The fanbase has grown tired and frustrated with the current regime, especially since Mike McCarthy was retained as head coach.
Fans and analysts have called for several changes within the organization, but Jerry Jones and the rest of the front office have yet to make a splash.
It will be interesting to see how the Cowboys move forward in 2024, and if they’re able to overcome their string of playoff woes.
