The 2024 NFL Draft is quickly approaching and teams must be itching to add some young talent to their rosters.
This year’s class features several impressive players at important positions like offensive tackle and wide receiver, but all eyes are on the group of quarterbacks.
Leading the way is USC’s Caleb Williams, who is about as close to a lock as possible to go No. 1 overall to the Chicago Bears.
Williams has been by far and away the most talented and intriguing prospect because of his rare arm talent and ability to create out of structure on the field.
When reviewing his film, there are numerous plays that Williams makes that no other quarterbacks could possibly attempt.
ESPN analyst Mina Kimes shared a clip that should settle any debates as to who the best signal-caller in the draft is, via her personal Twitter account.
“kids….don’t try this at home,” Kimes tweeted.

In the short clip, Williams drops back to pass and to avoid the pressure from the defense he drifts to his left and manages to uncork a laser of a throw to the right side of the field.
That sort of throwing strength is rare and shows how devastating Williams can be to defend if he’s got room to operate.
While there are still some things he could work on, there’s no doubt that any team that gets to work with Williams will come to realize how special of a quarterback he is.
Chicago fans must be thrilled that the future of the franchise is just a month away from officially being part of the team.
