Blake Snell, Jordan Montgomery, Marcus Stroman, Lucas Giolito, Shota Imanaga, and of course, Yoshinobu Yamamoto.
There are plenty of top starters available in free agency, even though Sonny Gray, Aaron Nola, Seth Lugo and others have signed.
However, there are also talented hitters available for teams to sign, and MLB posted a list with some of their names.

Cody Bellinger’s market has been a bit slower than usual, mostly due to concerns about him hitting the ball hard consistently.
However, there is no denying that he can make any offense better, having posted a .881 OPS in the 2023 season with 26 home runs and 97 RBI.
He is capable to play center field and first base and should eventually get paid, just probably not as much as he would have liked.
Matt Chapman is the top third baseman available.
The Gold and Platinum Glove award winner might have faded after a fast start this past season, but he remains capable of hitting 30 home runs with top defense.
There are other power sources such as Teoscar Hernandez, Joc Pederson, and Jorge Soler, and more well-rounded offensive producers such as J.D. Martinez, Mitch Garver and Lourdes Gurriel Jr.
We are still in the stage of the offseason in which a team looking for a specific position will likely be able to address it with a top player as long as it’s willing to pay.
While some organizations are prioritizing pitching, others are hunting for the big sticks, and there are still several of those available.
