The Buffalo Bills have several issues to address in the offseason.
They just fired Ken Dorsey and promoted QB coach Joe Brady to interim Offensive Coordinator, hoping he can make the most of Josh Allen.
When asked about his approach with his star QB, Brady simply stated that they’re both in a great place and trust each other and that they’re ‘as comfortable as they can be.’ (via Katherine Fitzgerald).
Joe Brady on Josh Allen: “Josh, I believe we’re as comfortable as can be. … It’s about trust in each other, and I believe we have that.”

That cryptic response didn’t say much about what’s going to change — if anything — offensively.
The Bills need to find some sort of offensive balance and establish the run.
Even despite his fumble, they still needed to trust James Cook more down the stretch, and that should be the primary offensive adjustment.
As for Allen, he’s going to be who he is at this point.
Allen is going to take risks and go for the home run more often than not, even if that means forcing the football into tight coverage and giving it away multiple times.
Allen has the potential to make every single throw on Earth, and his talents have never been put in doubt.
However, it just seems like no one will ever get him to understand that he needs to take fewer risks.
If Brady manages to do that, then he shouldn’t only get the full-time job, but also the keys to the city.
