Multiple QB-needy teams are keeping tabs on the NFL Draft.
With as many as six potential first-rounders, the table is set for several transactions to take place.
With that in mind, it’s not much of a surprise to see a report by ESPN’s Jordan Raanan about the Minnesota Vikings’ alleged desire to trade up (Via Dov Kleiman).
The #Vikings have made it clear that they want to land one of the top QBs in the draft, per @JordanRaanan

The Vikings currently have the No. 11 selection, and with as many as three quarterbacks expected to be taken with the first three picks, top-notch prospects might not be available by the time they’re on the clock.
They recently acquired an additional first-round pick in a trade with the Houston Texans, so they now have No. 11 and No. 23.
Perhaps that could be enough for them to move into the top five, as both the Arizona Cardinals (No. 4) and Los Angeles Chargers (No. 5), should be in a position to make a trade.
The Vikings are reportedly high on Michigan star J.J. McCarthy, who’s been one of the quickest risers on most draft boards.
They lost their franchise quarterback when Kirk Cousins decided to sign with the Atlanta Falcons in free agency, swiftly replacing him with Sam Darnold.
With all due respect to Darnold, he’s not at a point in which he should be trusted to be the starter, at least not for the long run, so it only makes sense that they’re exploring all their options at the most important position in the game.
Still, they’ll have to compete with the Las Vegas Raiders, New York Giants, and Denver Broncos, all of whom could also be looking to move up.
