Mike Evans is one of the most underrated players in the NFL.
He’s posted at least 1,000 receiving yards in every single one of his seasons, and he could go down as the all-time leader in multiple stats for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
That’s why the fans were so worried about his ongoing feud with the organization.
Both parties failed to reach an agreement during the season, and there have been conflicting reports about his future since the season ended.
According to NBC Sports Bet, the Buccaneers are the odds-on favorite to get him, followed by the Chicago Bears, Houston Texans, New England Patriots, and Kansas City Chiefs.

The Texas A&M product has repeatedly talked about his desire to stay with the organization for the remainder of his career, but he also claimed that he wouldn’t give them any sort of hometown discount, nor should he, considering the kind of production he’s brought to the table every single year.
Multiple teams would be more than willing and glad to pay up to get Evans, one of the most physical wideouts in the game.
He’s been able to put up big numbers year in and year out despite a subpar quarterback situation and a never-stopping revolving door at that position.
Baker Mayfield is also a priority for the Buccaneers, and getting him to stay at Raymond James Stadium can be a lot easier if they also get his favorite target under contract for the long run.
