After a slow start to the 2023 NFL season, the Baltimore Ravens‘ offense seems to finally be firing on all cylinders.
The Ravens had a Week 9 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks where they utterly dominated their opponent all afternoon to pick up their seventh win of the year.
Baltimore’s first two drives were forgettable as they failed to move the football, though that immediately changed on their third offensive possession as Lamar Jackson and the run game finally got past the Seattle defense.
For most of the day, the Ravens simply ran the football down the Seahawks’ throats as Gus Edwards and Keaton Mitchell combined for 190 rushing yards and three touchdowns.
However, the passing game also got going as Mark Andrews and Odell Beckham Jr. were the leading receivers with 80 and 56 receiving yards, respectively.
Beckham’s birthday actually fell on game day and he got to celebrate it in style with his first touchdown with the team via Baltimore’s official Twitter account.

With the game out of hand, Tyler Huntley subbed in for Jackson and found Beckham in the back of the end zone with a well-placed pass.
Although Beckham looks like he may have lost a step in the open field, he’s still able to win quickly off the line of scrimmage and come down with passes when he’s got space.
Baltimore’s passing game taking a leap has been one of the largest reasons why the team leads the AFC North and if Beckham can stay healthy there’s no reason to expect them to slow down.
