As the 2025 NBA All-Star Weekend approaches, the Utah Jazz may not have an All-Star selection, but they will still be represented on the big stage. Second-year guard Keyonte George has earned a spot in the Rising Stars Game for the second straight year, proving himself as one of the league’s most promising young guards.
George spoke about his excitement during Wednesday’s media availability, calling the opportunity a “blessing” and a dream come true.
“I’m grateful to be recognized as an up-and-coming star in this league,” George said.
“Obviously, got a lot more to go, but this is just a building block, and this is just an opportunity for me to build off of it. Being a part of All-Star Weekend is just a blessing. I grew up watching it. When I was in Dallas, I went to it when I was a little kid. So it’s just cool. It’s kind of like a full-circle moment for me…It’s going to be a fun time.”
