The 2023 NFL Draft provided several surprises, which tends to be the case every year.
There were three quarterbacks taken within the first four picks, Bryce Young, C.J. Stroud, and Anthony Richardson.
While it might be only four weeks into the 2023 season, Pat McAfee recently tipped his hand about his favorite of the bunch.
According to McAfee, he believes that Stroud has already showcased some incredible things for the Houston Texans.

Through four weeks, Stroud has already thrown for 1,212 yards, the fourth-highest mark in the league.
He has also thrown six touchdown passes while not throwing an interception, demonstrating his early accuracy.
While there are still plenty of games to play, Stroud is making his way into the conversation for Offensive Rookie of the Year.
Stroud has broken many passing records through a rookie’s first four games as McAfee indicates.
This has brought new life to the Texans, a franchise that has struggled since the departure of Deshaun Watson.
Stroud has led them to two convincing wins over the Pittsburgh Steelers and Jacksonville Jaguars.
They are now in a four-way tie for the division lead, something that wasn’t anticipated from this team in Stroud’s first year.
The Texans’ upcoming schedule affords them a potential opportunity to take a larger divisional lead.
Their next three games are against the Atlanta Falcons, New Orleans Saints, and Carolina Panthers.
Each of these games is likely very winnable for Stroud and the Texans given the slow start for these three teams.
Can Stroud continue this on-field dominance throughout the season?
