The Kansas City Chiefs have the best quarterback in the game.
But as great as he is, even a quarterback like Patrick Mahomes needs someone to watch his back and give him time and space to operate.
That’s why the two-time Super Bowl champion had a nice gesture for his offensive line, hooking them up with some beautiful golf carts for Christmas (Via Chiefs).

As great as Mahomes is at extending plays, scrambling, avoiding sacks, and making a lot out of nothing, his offensive line has also been quite solid for the most part.
The same cannot be said of his receiving corps, though.
Even when given enough time to move around the pocket and go through his progressions to find the open guy, the wide receivers have let him down more often than not.
That has been the biggest issue for Andy Reid’s team this season and the only reason why they’re no longer favorites to go the distance and win the Super Bowl again.
We all know that any team with Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid will always stand a chance to win, and you definitely don’t want to meet them in a win-or-go-home scenario.
But even the best players in the league need some help; he cannot catch his own passes.
So, perhaps he should try and hook his wide receivers up with a great gift as well to see if they get some motivation to finish the season strong and make another run at the Vince Lombardi trophy.
