The Baltimore Ravens have one of the elite quarterbacks in the National Football League on their side in Lamar Jackson.
The two-time MVP is one of the true game-changing players of his generation.
His teammate, veteran wide receiver Nelson Agholor, spoke to the Baltimore media recently about what they don’t know about him.
“I always say people don’t realize how cerebral Lamar Jackson is,” Agholor said.

The great ones always have a high football IQ and desire to be great in every single moment.
That is what Agholor sees in Jackson.
It’s not just his teammates and coaches that see the greatness in Jackson, but it’s the opposing team that sees it too.
He has rushed for 1,000 yards multiple times, including in 2019 when he set the NFL record for most rushing yards by a quarterback (1,206).
Last season, he threw for a career-high 3,678 yards and had a career-best 67.2% completion rate.
He has guided the Ravens to four playoff appearances and multiple AFC North titles in his five years as a full-time starter.
Baltimore has won 60 total games, including the playoffs, across the last five seasons with Jackson starting.
The franchise hosted their first AFC Championship Game last January against the Kansas City Chiefs but fell 17-10.
It will be up to the former Heisman Trophy winner to take this team further than that in 2024.
His only negative is that he has just two playoff wins in his six-year career.
That number has to change, especially with the addition of All-Pro running back Derrick Henry earlier this offseason.
