During his long tenure as the head coach of the franchise, Bill Belichick was able to help transform the New England Patriots from one of the most disappointing teams in the NFL into an organization that is now viewed as one of the most successful in the history of the league.
Over the years, Belichick has developed a reputation for not being a head coach who really provides the public with much information about his team each week during the season, specifically when it comes to details.
Because of this, some people outside of the Patriots organization view him as just a grouchy old head coach who is never happy.
However, outside of the meeting rooms, Belichick is actually a great storyteller, and he even has a bit of a dry sense of humor.
Even a gigantic New York Jets fan like NFL Network’s Rich Eisen admitted recently that the New England head coach is great to work with outside of the locker room.
I love Bill. He was a delight on the NFL 100 show and working with him was a career highlight. https://t.co/29YEgFp3ED

Belichick has been coaching in the NFL as either an assistant or a head coach since 1975, and prior to getting hired to be the head coach of the Patriots in 2000, he had stints with the Baltimore Colts, Detroit Lions, New York Giants, Denver Broncos, Cleveland Browns, and New York Jets.
During his time as New England’s head coach, he has helped lead the franchise to an impressive six Super Bowl wins.
Despite the Patriots struggling under Belichick this season with a disappointing 1-5 record after six games, he will always be remembered for the tremendous success he was able to help the organization achieve.
