The San Francisco 49ers have been by most accounts the best team in the NFC for the last half-decade but are still searching for that first Super Bowl win in nearly three decades.
In 2024, they should once again be the favorite to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl.
Former 49ers cornerback and NFL legend Richard Sherman believes his old team is going to have a great regular season.
“I got San Francisco with 13 wins,” Sherman said recently on The Volume.

San Francisco has either made the NFC Championship Game or the Super Bowl in four of the last five years.
They’ve also won 10+ games in four of the last five years too.
GM John Lynch and head coach Kyle Shanahan have both assembled and kept fantastic teams together over the last few years.
The team is ready to win a lot more in 2024.
They have the quarterback, the running attack, the offensive line, the elite skill players, and the stout defense.
This team is a well-oiled machine that is a guarantee to win at least 10 games this season.
After making the Super Bowl last season, Shanahan and Co. are more fired up than ever to get back to the ultimate game.
For now, the likes of Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey, George Kittle, hopefully Brandon Aiyuk, hopefully Deebo Samuel, Nick Bosa, Fred Warner, and many others are ready to impose their will on the rest of the league.
It would not be a surprise at all if they won 13 games in the regular season before going to the Super Bowl.
