Ever since returning from their bye in Week 10, the San Francisco 49ers have dominated almost every opponent they have faced.
In the four games since their bye, the 49ers have outscored their opponents 134-49, including a 42-19 win over a Philadelphia Eagles team that entered their matchup against San Francisco last week with just one loss in their first 11 games this season.
The 49ers’ offense has been getting a lot of love for the team’s recent success, but it was their defense that came up big in last week’s win over the Eagles.
San Francisco looks unstoppable recently and former NFL cornerback Richard Sherman agrees, as he recently said he doesn’t “see a weakness right now” when it comes to the 49ers (via The Volume on Twitter).

With a 9-3 record, San Francisco is currently the No. 2 seed in the NFC, just one game behind Philadelphia for the top spot in the conference.
Heading into their final five games of the 2023 season, the 49ers currently have a 42 percent chance to capture that No. 1 seed in the NFC, while the Eagles have a 47 percent chance to finish as the top seed in the conference, according to the New York Times.
Three of San Francisco’s final five games this season will be played in their home stadium, so that should certainly help their chances to land that No. 1 seed.
Of course, the 49ers have also just recently shown that it doesn’t matter where they play, they’re going to come in and dominate whoever lines up on the other side of the line of scrimmage each week.
