The Dallas Cowboys have been up and down this season.
However, you can tell it’s not a personnel issue because they’re just so dominant at home.
They don’t need to alter their scheme or bring in different players, at least not according to former NFL QB Robert Griffin III.
Talking on ESPN’s Get Up, the former Washington Commanders star claimed that all the Cowboys need to do to win a Super Bowl is to change their mindset.
RGIII believes the Cowboys need to earn the right to rush the passer by stopping the run, and all those talented defenders need to step up and make sure to win the battle at the line of scrimmage.
“This Cowboys team can win a Super Bowl if the simply change their mindset,” Griffin said.
This @dallascowboys team can win the Super Bowl if they change their mindset. It’s not about personnel. It’s not about scheme. It’s about guts. @MicahhParsons11 @DezBryant @BumpNrunGilm0re @DaRon_Bland @TankLawrence pic.twitter.com/0hzYmODfe8

Griffin adds that the Cowboys just can’t allow opposing teams to bully them in the trenches, which has been the case often on the road.
He could be right on point with that assessment, as they’ve been the best home team in the league by a significant margin, so what’s the difference when they’re playing on the road?
They have the same players, run the same plays, and go against the same opponents, yet they’re not even half as efficient.
This Dallas Cowboys team has everything they need to go the distance and finally put an end to their Super Bowl drought.
But if they want everybody else to believe in them, it seems like they’re going to have to lead by example and believe in themselves first.
