Over the past decade or so, the Kansas City Chiefs have been one of the best and most entertaining teams in the NFL, especially after superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes took over for Alex Smith under center.
The Chiefs have been one of the most successful teams in the league, with legendary head coach Andy Reid having this team firing on all cylinders on an annual basis.
Even in a down year for the Chiefs, the team was able to defy the odds and reach the Super Bowl for a second straight season, with the chance to win back-to-back titles and the third in the Mahomes era in Kansas City.
Along with the Chiefs potentially being on the verge of a dynasty, Kansas City has had more exposure than ever, with superstar tight end Travis Kelce dating world-famous pop star Taylor Swift, who has been seen at numerous games since the two started dating.
A recent report showed that Swift’s presence has brought an extra $300+ million in value to the league, which obviously makes someone like NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell happy.
On Monday, Goodell had a press conference and addressed questions on Swift and her impact, as well as what he thinks about people saying the league is rigged, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
“She know great entertaining and that’s why she loves NFL football,” Goodell said.

What do you say to anyone who says it’s all scripted? “I’m not that good a scripter.” He calls it all positive.

Goodell also said he’s “not that good a scripter” in response to claims that the league is rigged.
With the Chiefs struggling all season long and still making the playoffs with Swift bringing in her massive fan base to the NFL, some have said that the league wanted it this way to make more money.
In a way, it’s safe to say that’s true because the NFL, much like any other business, wants to make as much money as possible.
