The Minnesota Twins are coming off one of their most successful seasons in recent memory.
Not only did they win the AL Central, which was a surprise to some, but they also won a playoff game for the first time since 2004.
One player that played a significant role in their success was Royce Lewis.
The former first-overall pick has had a rocky start to his professional career.
He has battled numerous injuries including two torn ACLs on the same knee.
But, last season Lewis showed that he belongs in the discussion for one of the top young players in the game.
Last season, in only 58 games, Lewis hit 15 home runs and drove in 52.
He seems to be back with his power surge this spring.
As shared by FOX Sports: MLB, Lewis launched a grand slam on Friday.

Lewis has been a grand slam machine throughout his short career.
In 70 career regular-season games, he has hit five grand slams.
That is certainly something Twins fans can get used to.
More than anything the Twins just want to see Lewis healthy for a full season.
He can be one of the most productive players in baseball if that happens.
Also, Lewis’ health will go a long way in the Twins winning the AL Central again.
The Twins have some good hitters, but none as talented as Lewis.
Still at only 24 years old, he gives the Twins plenty of optimism about his future.
If the Twins want to recapture the magic they had last season, Lewis will need to play a big role in that.
