During his time with the Kansas City Chiefs, superstar wide receiver Tyreek Hill was considered to be one of the best players in the NFL at his position and in the conversation for being the best wideout in the league.
After Hill was traded to the Miami Dolphins ahead of the 2022 NFL season, many believed he would be exposed as not being as good of a player as he was with the Chiefs because fellow superstar Patrick Mahomes would no longer be throwing passes to him on a weekly basis.
However, Hill took his game to another level entirely while with the Dolphins, as he immediately created some chemistry with star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, which has led to some insane numbers.
One of the main reasons for Hill’s continued success as an elite wide receiver in the NFL is that he’s arguably the fastest player in the league.
Former NFL star Shannon Sharpe recently talked about Hill’s speed with fellow former NFL star Chad Ochocino as he marveled at the veteran wide receiver’s speed on the Nightcap podcast.
“I’ve never seen a guy accelerate like Tyreek,” Sharpe said. “But I’ve never seen a guy that can go in one step, and he’s at full speed.”

Hill has improved his numbers year after year, as he’s coming off of his best season in the NFL yet, catching a career-high 119 passes for 1,799 receiving yards and 13 receiving touchdowns.
As long as Tagovailoa keeps connecting with Hill downfield, the veteran wideout will continue to put up numbers while putting on a show with his blazing speed.
