The New England Patriots need to make changes this offseason.
After another disappointing season, the Patriots have four wins with only one game left to play.
One of their main issues this year has been a lack of quality quarterback play.
Ever since Tom Brady left, the Patriots have been unable to replace his production.
Mac Jones has shown that he is not the answer for them moving forward.
The only change left for them to make is moving on from head coach Bill Belichick.
Fox Sports’ Skip Bayless foresees the Patriots trading Belichick this offseason.
“I do think Robert Kraft might engineer a deal, oversee a deal that would be a trade, in which Bill would go to the Chargers,” Bayless said.

Belichick would most likely not want to go to a rebuilding team or one without a franchise quarterback.
The Chargers could be a great fit as they have franchise quarterback Justin Herbert in place and have a solid roster around him.
One issue for the Chargers over the past few years has been their coaching.
This could be a Super Bowl-contending team if Belichick can fix some of their problems.
Ultimately, the Patriots have some tough choices to make this offseason.
The first big decision will be what to do with Belichick.
