The Philadelphia Eagles still have the best record in the NFL.
However, as usually happens after a team gets blown out by another contender, people are starting to question their defense, their toughness, and whatnot.
At least Skip Bayless can brag about being the first person who doubted this Eagles team.
He’s been saying for a while that his beloved Dallas Cowboys are a better team than the Eagles, and Sunday’s matchup with the San Francisco 49ers confirmed his thoughts.
In the latest edition of “Undisputed,” the controversial and renowned pundit compared the Cowboys’ and Eagles’ losses to the Niners and stated that they’re pretty much the same.

He pointed out the fact that the Eagles’ defense is currently 24 out of 32 in points per game allowed, not to mention that they’re dead last in terms of rival third-down conversion.
On top of that, Bayless reminded everyone that their rematch on Sunday won’t take place in the City of Brotherly Love but at “Jerry World,” where the Cowboys have won 14 straight games with an average score of 37 to 18.
Truth be told, taking down the Cowboys at home will be easier said than done, especially if you consider how close their first matchup was.
Then again, it’s not usual to see a team like the Eagles struggle in consecutive games, and while the Cowboys have done more than enough to be considered a legitimate contender ahead of this matchup, making predictions ahead of this kind of divisional game isn’t easy at all.
