The Dallas Cowboys have been one of the NFL’s best teams this season.
While they have faced a few speed bumps, one thing has been unwavering for the Cowboys this year: their ability to win at home.
They currently sport an 8-0 record at AT&T Stadium this season, the best mark of any team in the league.
Nick Wright and the “First Things First” crew broke down the other impressive metrics for the Cowboys.
They discussed how they are first in the NFL in several categories at home, including points per game, turnover differential, and quarterback passer rating.

As Wright said, “At home, they’ve been the best team in the NFC this year.”
This is excellent news for the Cowboys heading into the playoffs, as they are currently the No. 2 seed.
Assuming they beat the Washington Commanders this weekend, they will secure home-field advantage for the Wild Card and Divisional rounds.
Will 2023 finally be the season that the Cowboys return to the NFC championship, perhaps returning to the Super Bowl?
These statistics indicate that, perhaps, they have turned a corner as an organization.
Dak Prescott has, at times, been at the forefront of the MVP conversation, a significant catalyst for the Cowboys’ success throughout the year.
A deep playoff run could go a long way for this team, especially for Prescott’s role and future with the organization moving forward.
