In the modern sports landscape, NBA and NFL athletes have begun to realize that they can continue to do well for themselves away from the games they play.
The digital age of sports media has ushered in numerous forms of content, most notably videos and podcasts.
Instead of answering questions at the podium, players are now taking the microphones into their own hands and hitting record on their cameras and computers.
There is no shortage of content for fans as plenty of current and former athletes are taking their talents to the media space.
It’s been quite the trend to see unfold as players have unique insight and stories that the traditional journalist will never have access to.
